What is the reflection period?
You have the option to return your order within 14 days. You therefore have two weeks to determine whether you want to keep the ordered product.
During the 14-day cooling-off period, you may open the packaging and try out the product, but you may not do more than is necessary to assess the product. It is the intention that you leave the packaging intact as much as possible and if you return the product, you need to pack it neatly again. If you break the packaging while it was easy to open, we can charge costs for this.
Your cooling-off period starts on the day after delivery.
How do I request a return?
To start the return, go to the withdrawal form and fill it in as completely as possible. We will then process the return and you will receive the return instructions after approval.
Return Conditions
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, you can return the item free of charge under certain conditions. Is the item damaged? Then take a look at the frequently asked questions about the warranty.
The return shipments are at the buyer's risk. This means that Valenta is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. Therefore, always ask the postal agency or your sender for a Track and Trace code and keep it safe.
Return status
A return can take up to five business days to process. If you have not received a message from us after 5 working days, please contact our customer service or send an email to info@valenta.com.
If you have paid for the order, it depends on the payment method when the amount is refunded. The payment obligation will of course expire if you have not yet paid.
How does the warranty work?
The warranty period of an item from our range is usually 1 year. The guarantee only applies to manufacturing defects, such as stitching, closures, etc., but does not apply to wear and tear or old age during normal or intensive use.
How does the refund work?
When returning:
We will refund all payments made, including any shipping costs that we have charged for the returned item, without delay but still within 14 days following the day on which you have reported the withdrawal. Unless we have offered to collect the product ourselves, we will wait with the refund until the product has been received or until you have demonstrated that the product has been returned, whichever is the earlier. We will use the same payment method you used to make the refund, unless you agree to another method. The refund is free of charge.
If you have already paid, we will refund you:
- iDeal/Mister Cash or pay afterwards: within three working days;
- Credit card: within five working days.
When cancelling:
We will refund you once your cancellation has been processed. We will then send an email for confirmation. If you have already paid, we will refund you:
- iDeal/Mister Cash or pay afterwards: within three working days;
- Credit card: within five working days.
In case of incorrect payment:
We automatically refund overpaid amounts. The overpaid amount will be on your account within 14 days.
If we cannot link a paid amount to an order, we will refund the amount to your account within 14 days.
