When do I receive my order?
We will keep you informed by email. You can also track the order via your account. To do this, go to your account and then to ' My Orders '.

Orders placed on working days (Mon - Thurs) before 4:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. Friday orders are processed until 2:00 PM. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. Shipping to Belgium and Germany can take 2-4 days. Please allow for delays during busier periods, such as holidays and special holidays.

My order has shipped according to the website. However, I have not received it yet.
We do everything we can to deliver your order as soon as possible. Has the status of the shipment been 'Delivered' for more than three days? Then please contact our customer service.

I have not received all the products in my order.
In the status of your order you can see when the items have been shipped. Have all items been shipped on the same day, but have you not received all the products you ordered? Please contact our customer service or send us an email with your comment.
